This neighborhood is close to Atlanta, which has the best of both an urban and suburban atmosphere. Currently, there is a large project underway redeveloping the old Doraville GM manufacturing plant that closed in 2008, into one of the largest film production studios in the state. Here is a patio project by Greenland Landscape & Masonry in a quiet, sought-after neighborhood with many mid-century modern homes that were built in the 1980s.

We did the outdoor renovation in 2017, and the house is currently up for sale. I (Marta Garland) was excited to take on this project, as I grew up in San Diego in a neighborhood of mid-century modern houses.
