Braselton

A great place to live in northeast Georgia. It has been named the both the hospitality mecca of Georgia and the safest town to live in Georgia.

Braselton has a wide variety of neighborhoods and planned communities.  Chateau Elan, one of the largest residential developments, has a winery, golf course, and a resort hotel with fine restaurants.  One of the world’s best road courses, Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, is also close by.

Chateau Elan is a very walkable community with miles of sidewalks.  Homeowners greet their neighbors while exercising and walking their dogs.   Here are three landscape projects done by Greenland Landscape & Masonry in the neighborhood.

The Back Entrance To This Home

The back entrance to this home, a wide covered porch, was only accessible by walking across a steep lawn. The homeowners wanted a comfortable entrance that connected the driveway, garage door and back porch. Next we designed and built a stone walk with blue-grey crab orchard flagstone that complimented the house paint color.

This front yard was designed to be open and welcoming, with space to display sculptural garden art pieces the homeowners had collected and brought from previous homes.

Here is a dry set flagstone patio overlooking the golf course, designed for evening use with a large fire bowl.
